Money reports
What customers still owe you, what your events owe schools and charities, and what guests pre-paid, plus who on your team sees the money.
Three reports on the Money shelf of Reports follow money that moves outside a single event's sales: invoices still open, givebacks still owed, and guest pre-payments. Each opens from its card on the hub and has Export CSV.
Money owed to you
Plan: Professional and up. Who sees it: the owner, and managers with Finance visibility.
This is your list of open invoices, sorted by how late they are. The top shows the total Outstanding, how much is Past due and how much is Not yet due, As of today. By how late splits it into Not yet due, 1 to 30 days late, 31 to 60 days late, 61 to 90 days late, Over 90 days late and No due date.
Each row shows the customer, the event, the invoice (or deposit), its due date, its status and what is still outstanding, with a link to chase it. An invoice counts as late from the day after its due date, in your business's time zone.
It follows the payment status CurbsideOps keeps in step with Square, so an invoice drops off once Square reports it paid. The same open balance feeds the Owed to you figure on the Reports hub and the invoice badges on your events. See Event sales and invoices.
Givebacks
Plan: every plan. Who sees it: the owner, and managers with Giveback tracking.
When your events share part of the sales with a school, PTO, venue or charity, this report shows what you owed them and what you have paid, for the period you pick:
- Owed, Paid, Outstanding and Overdue totals at the top.
- Still owed, most overdue first.
- Top beneficiaries, grouped By beneficiary, By organization or By month.
Open a beneficiary for its Statement: every giveback it was paid for, by event, with the payments. A statement downloads as its own CSV, handy when a PTO treasurer asks what you sent this year. Open Givebacks takes you to the page where you record payments. See Givebacks.
"Paid" and "overdue" are worked out from the payments you recorded and each giveback's due date, so the report always matches the Givebacks page.
Pre-pay orders
Plan: Professional and up, when your account uses Pre-Pay Orders.
For your pre-pay pages, this shows Paid orders, Collected, Paid forward and Page conversion (how many page visits became orders), grouped By event or By month. What guests bought lists each item with its quantity and sales. Each event row has Open board to jump to its orders.
Paid forward counts the items guests bought for someone else. See Pre-Pay Orders.
Finance visibility for managers
Managers see the same Reports hub as you, minus the money that is yours alone. Without Finance visibility (it is off for managers unless you grant it):
- Money owed to you and Profit and loss are not on their hub;
- fees, payables and take-home are left out of every breakdown;
- the pre-pay service fee column is left out.
Revenue, events and customers stay visible, because a manager running the schedule needs them. Grant or remove Finance visibility on the manager's access page. See Managers and permissions.
Hidden, not locked
A manager without access simply does not see those cards and columns. Staff on Telegram never see money reports at all.
