Your team

Add your crew, give a trusted person a manager login, and run schedules, time off, timecards and Event Reports.

Everything about the people who work your trucks lives under Team in the menu. Your crew does not need a portal login: they talk to your Telegram bot, which sends them their briefings and shift notices, clocks them in and out, takes their time-off requests and sends them the Event Report form after each event. You run the other side from the portal.

What you can do here

  • Keep a roster. Add each person once with their phone, Telegram, the brands they work and whether they drive. The assistant uses their name and nicknames to match them to events on your calendar.
  • Assign and notify. Put people on events, then press Notify staff when you are ready. Only the people whose own shift changed get a message, and they can answer Got it or flag a conflict.
  • Share the load. On Premium, promote a trusted crew member to Manager so they get their own portal login, with the permissions you choose.
  • Run the week. Approve time off, let CurbsideOps propose a week of assignments, review timecards and keep certifications from lapsing.
  • Hear how it went. After each event, your crew fills in a short Event Report from their phone and you get the summary on Telegram.

Some tools depend on your plan

The roster, event assignments and staff notifications are part of every plan. Time off, schedule drafts, timecards, certifications, Event Reports and the detailed staff profile need Professional. Managers need Premium. Each article shows its plan at the top.
