Getting started
What CurbsideOps does for a food-truck business, and the path from sign-up to your first morning briefing.
CurbsideOps runs the business side of your food trucks: the schedule, the crew, the bookings and the money that follows them. You manage it in the portal at the desk, and you and your crew talk to it from Telegram on the road.
What it does for you
- Your calendar, kept in step. Your events stay in Google Calendar. CurbsideOps keeps its own copy, so the schedule, the assistant and your crew all see the same thing, and a change made in either place reaches the other.
- An AI assistant in Telegram. You get a Telegram bot of your own. Ask it what is on today, how long the drive is, what the weather looks like at the next stop or how sales went yesterday. It answers from your real calendar, sales and roster, and it sends a briefing every morning.
- Bookings to invoices. A lead becomes a proposal, a proposal becomes a booked event, and after the event you record the sales and invoice the balance through Square.
- Your crew. Crew members get their own briefings, shift reminders and a phone-friendly crew portal with their schedule, tasks and time clock.
- Marketing. With AI Marketing, CurbsideOps drafts event posters and captions from your calendar and can publish them to your social accounts.

CurbsideOps copy
A working copy of every event. Edits save here first, so the portal updates instantly.
Portal, bot and crew
Schedule, Today, Dispatcher, morning briefings and the assistant all read the same copy.
Calendars you can only view (for example a franchisor's feed) are read, never written.
Your first day
Setup has three required steps and takes about five minutes. Everything else is optional and waits until you are ready.
Create your business
Sign in, enter your business name and local time, and tell CurbsideOps what you sell. That sets up your first brand. See Create your business.
Meet your assistant
Create a Telegram bot with BotFather, paste its token, then press Start in Telegram to link your account. See Connect Telegram.
Connect your calendar
Sign in with the Google account that holds your event calendar. See Connect Google Calendar and Gmail.
Turn on your assistant
Press Turn on my assistant. Your bot sends you its first message with a few things to try.
After that, the Make it yours list suggests the next things to add: Square for your sales, your crew, your trucks, and the other connections. Each one takes a few minutes. The setup checklist explains every step.
Your trial
A new account starts a 14-day trial with every Premium feature on and no card needed. You choose a plan at the end. See Plans and add-ons.
