My business
Set up the brands, trucks, menus and paperwork everything else in CurbsideOps builds on.
The My business pages describe what you run: the brands customers know you by, the trucks that serve them, what you sell, and the paperwork that keeps you legal. Everything else in CurbsideOps reads from here. The morning briefing uses your trucks' warehouses and spots, proposals quote your menu packages, emails go out under the right brand, and permit reminders reach you before something lapses.
Where to start
If you are new, set things up in this order:
- Brands. Every truck, menu, email and calendar event belongs to a brand, so create yours first. One brand is enough for most operators.
- Trucks. Add each truck, pick its brand and give it a warehouse address so drive times and GPS alerts are right.
- Menus. Build a menu per brand, or pull it in from Square. Add packages if you sell catering.
- Permits. Log the permits and inspections you hold so CurbsideOps can remind you before they expire.
The rest (permit documents, prep checklists, checks and the W-9) can wait until you need them.
Owners and managers
Managers can see these pages but, by default, only owners change setup. You decide what each manager may do on their access page. See Managers and permissions.
