Settings and billing

Your business profile, the automations that run for you, your connected accounts, your plan and your AI Credits.

All plans

These pages control how CurbsideOps runs for your whole business rather than for one brand or truck. Most owners set them up once during their first week and come back only when something changes: a new integration, a new automation to try, or a plan change as the fleet grows.

What lives here

  • Business settings: your business name and legal name, timezone, default sales tax, organization categories, assistant preferences, voice replies, and whether CurbsideOps support may look at your account.
  • Automations: the scheduled briefings, reminders, summaries and nudges that arrive on Telegram and email. Turn each one on or off and choose when it runs.
  • Integrations: Telegram, Google Calendar, Gmail, Square, Quo, HubSpot, Zernio and Bouncie. Connect, check health and reconnect.
  • Plan and billing: your plan, trucks, add-ons, payment card and invoices.
  • AI Credits: your monthly allowance, extra credits, auto-refill and history.
  • Refer and earn: share CurbsideOps and earn AI Credits.

If something stops arriving (a briefing, a reminder, an email to a customer), check Integrations first: a connection that shows Sign in again stops everything that depends on it. Then check that the automation is switched on and that its time is what you expect.

Owners decide

Billing is always the owner's. Managers can see most settings, and change them only where you have given them permission. See Managers and permissions.
