Create your business
Sign up, set your local time and what you sell, and start your 14-day trial.
Creating your business is the first of three setup steps. It takes a couple of minutes and starts your trial: 14 days with every Premium feature on, and no card needed.
Getting in
CurbsideOps is in an invitation-only beta. To get an account you need one of these:
- An invite link from another operator or a partner. It opens a page that says who invited you. Under Claim your invite, enter your email and CurbsideOps emails you a link to create your login. This skips the waitlist.
- A beta application. On curbsideops.com, Request my invite asks for your email, business name, city and how many trucks you run. Every application is read, and you get a personal email back.
When public sign-ups open, the website buttons switch to Start my free trial and anyone can sign up directly.
Joining someone else's business?
If an owner invited you as a manager, use the invitation email they sent instead of creating a business. If you sign in with the invited email address, CurbsideOps notices the invitation and takes you to it rather than starting a new business.
Fill in your business
After you sign in for the first time you land on Your business.
Business name
The name on your invoices and receipts, for example "Sunny Side Tacos". You can add a legal entity name later.
Where are you based? (optional)
Start typing your address and pick it from the list. It is used for weather, drive times and your invoices.
Business phone (optional)
The number your customers call.
Your local time
CurbsideOps picks the time zone from your device. Change it if that is not where your trucks operate. Your morning briefing and reminders arrive on this clock, and every event time is shown in it.
What do you sell?
Pick your food category and cuisine. This creates your first brand and helps the assistant write in your voice. If your trucks operate under a different name than the business, turn on Brand name is different from the business name and type it. Then pick a Brand color: it shows up on your posts, proposals and public pages.
Start my trial
Press Start my trial. Your business is created and you move on to the Telegram step.
If someone referred you, their code is already filled in. Otherwise, Have a referral or partner code? lets you type one.
Brands and businesses
Your business is the account: one login, one bill, one team. A brand is a name you sell under, with its own color, menu, pricing and connections. Most operators start with one brand. If you run more than one concept, add the others later under Brands (Professional and Premium allow unlimited brands; Starter includes one).
What comes next
Two more required steps: connect Telegram and connect Google Calendar. The setup checklist shows everything in order.
