Plans and add-ons
What Starter, Professional, Premium and Enterprise include, how trucks are billed, and the two add-ons.
Every plan includes the Telegram assistant, Google Calendar sync, morning briefings and the sales recap from Square. The plans differ in how much of the work the AI does for you and how big a fleet they are built for.
In short: Starter runs one truck that you book by hand. Professional adds the AI that books for you, crew administration and agreements. Premium adds messages, calls and both add-ons included.

Trucks are billed, not capped
Above Starter, you never hit a truck limit. The included trucks are part of the base price, and each active truck beyond them is billed. On Premium, trucks 9 to 20 are $24 each, 21 to 50 are $20 each, and every truck from 51 is $15. A truck you mark inactive leaves the bill.
Each additional truck on Professional and Premium also adds 100 AI Credits a month.
What each plan unlocks
Every plan (Starter and up): the Telegram assistant, Google Calendar sync, morning briefings and reminders, weather alerts, the Square sales recap and the Sales report, leads, proposals with deposits, customers, fleet GPS with your own Bouncie device, permit and inspection alerts.
Professional adds:
- The AI catering inbox, which reads your Gmail, sorts out the catering inquiries and drafts replies
- Agreements with e-signature
- Event Reports from your crew
- Time off, timecards, schedule drafts and certifications
- Prep checklists, restock requests and incidents
- Permit Documents and a signed Form W-9 on request
- Truck suggestions when you book an event
- Advanced sales reports
Premium adds:
- Messages (texts, Facebook and Instagram) and Calls
- Checks you can print and send to payees
- The profit and loss report
- Managers who can sign in and run the portal
- The Intelligent Dispatcher and AI Marketing, both included

Both are included in Premium, and Premium's 1,200 credits already account for them (they do not stack on top).
- AI Marketing: event posters and daily-special posts drafted from your calendar, a holiday campaign calendar, a photo library and one-tap social publishing.
- Intelligent Dispatcher: "can we take this booking?" answered with real drive times, live arrival risk, and a planning board for truck assignments. It needs at least Professional because Starter has one truck.
AI Credits
AI Credits pay for the AI work: assistant answers, briefings, drafted replies, images. Your plan's credits renew each billing period, and you can buy more (250 credits for $15) under Plan & Billing. See AI Credits.
Changing your plan
Open Settings, then Plan & Billing, to compare plans, upgrade, add an add-on or move to yearly. Locked items in the sidebar show the plan that unlocks them, and every upgrade button goes to the same page. See Plan and billing.
