Post drafts
Posters and captions drafted from your calendar arrive for your approval. Publish, schedule, regenerate or tweak them from Telegram or the portal.
A post draft is an image and a caption made for one of your brands, ready to share. Drafts come to you on Telegram and are all kept on the Post Drafts page. You approve every one: nothing is published on its own.
Where drafts come from
- Event Awareness Posts: this automation looks ahead at your upcoming events and drafts a post for each one, using that brand's photos. In Automations, choose how often it runs, on which day and at what time, how far ahead it looks (Look ahead) and how much notice an event needs (Minimum lead time). It is off until you turn it on.
- Ask the assistant: tell your Telegram assistant "make a poster for Saturday's festival" or "a post about our new flavor". If a draft does not arrive, ask again and it makes a new one.
- Campaigns: holiday and occasion posts from your campaign calendar.
- Ideas: posts you picked from the Marketing Director's ideas.
Each draft is built from your photo library. Event posters carry the event's name, day and place designed into the image, and the caption is written in your brand's voice.
Approving from Telegram
Each draft arrives as a photo with buttons:
- Publish to social: posts it now to the brand's connected social accounts.
- Schedule: picks a time for it to go out on its own.
- Regenerate: a fresh image from the same brief.
- Tweak: reply with what to change ("make the truck bigger", "use the blue cup") and a new draft follows.
- Skip this event: no more drafts for this event.
Publish to social and Schedule only appear once the brand has social accounts connected through Zernio. See Integrations.
Working in the portal
Post Drafts under Marketing shows every draft, newest first, filtered by brand and status. Each card has:
- Publish to social, or Schedule publishing at a date and time you pick.
- The pencil to Edit post text: change the Caption and Hashtags. The image is left as it is.
- Regenerate and Tweak (describe the change in Tweak the image). Both make a new draft, which uses credits again.
- Make a reel from this post: see Reels.
- Improve: the Marketing Director reviews the draft and suggests changes you can apply in one click.
- Download and Delete permanently.
A draft with a problem says what went wrong and offers Regenerate.
Publishing status
After you publish, the card shows Queued, Publishing, then Published, with each platform linking to the live post. Partial means some platforms took the post and others did not: retrying resends only to the ones that failed. Publish failed explains why and lets you try again.
Approved posts wait for their slot
A campaign post you approve before its scheduled time is held, not lost. The card says when it goes out, and it publishes on its own at that time. Pressing publish again does not move it earlier. To change the time or cancel it, use the Campaigns calendar.
Captions in your brand's voice
Every caption follows the brand's Caption voice, set in the brand's settings on the General tab:
- Tone: Friendly (the default), Playful, Witty or Professional.
- Emojis: Standard (2 to 4 fitting emojis), Minimal (at most one) or None.
- Style notes: your own writing rules, such as "Captions in Spanish and English" or "No exclamation marks". They win over the tone you picked.
Franchise rules on imagery
If your franchise only allows approved photos, set the brand's creative policy so drafts start from your library photos instead of AI scenes. See Creative policy.
Still stuck? Email support@curbsideops.com or use Report an Issue in the portal. Checked against CurbsideOps 1.105.4.
Marketing
Social posts drafted from your calendar, a holiday campaign calendar, short reels and weekly ideas, all approved by you before anything goes out.
Creative policy
Choose per brand whether drafts may use AI-composed scenes, start from your approved library photos with AI text, or use your photos untouched.
