Marketing requests

Ask the assistant for an event poster or a post image, then publish, schedule, tweak or regenerate the draft from Telegram.

Premium or the AI Marketing add-on

With AI Marketing you can ask your assistant for a post image in plain words, and the draft comes back to you in Telegram with buttons to act on it. The same drafts show up in the portal under Marketing, then Post Drafts.

Ask for an image

Message your bot the way you would brief a designer:

  • "Make a poster for Saturday's Spring Festival."
  • "Make a post for our new mango flavor."
  • "Where is the image I asked for?"
  • "Regenerate the festival poster, brighter this time."

Images take a few minutes. The assistant tells you it started, and the draft arrives in the chat when it is ready. If something goes wrong, you get a message saying so; asking again starts a new attempt.

For an event, the assistant uses the event's details, the brand's logo, truck and product photos from your photo library, and the brand's caption voice. Each image uses AI Credits.

Brands with a creative policy

A brand set to build posts only from its own approved photos never gets an AI-composed scene. The draft starts from one library photo instead. See Creative policy.

Act on a draft

Each draft arrives with buttons:

ButtonWhat it does
Publish to socialPosts it to the social accounts set up for that brand, right away.
SchedulePicks a time to post: a few quick choices before the event, or Custom date & time. Once scheduled, Change time and Cancel schedule appear.
RegenerateMakes a fresh version of the same request.
TweakAsks what you would like to change. Reply to that message with a note such as "add the date in the corner" or "use the truck photo instead of the logo", and a new version is made. The original stays available.
Skip this eventFor event posters: no more drafts for that event.

Publish to social and Schedule appear once Zernio is connected and each brand is pointed at its social accounts. Without Zernio you still get the drafts and can download them from Post Drafts to post yourself.

If a post fails to publish, you get a message with a Retry button.

Two brands, one image

Every draft belongs to one brand: its logo, its truck, its colors, its social accounts. You only get both brands in one image when you say so clearly, for example "one image with both brands" or "a combined co-branded post".

If your request could go either way, such as "make a post for Saturday, both brands will be there", the assistant asks first: one post per brand, or one combined image. It starts nothing until you answer. Combined images work only when every brand involved allows AI-composed scenes.

Automatic drafts

You do not have to ask for every poster. The Event Awareness Posts automation drafts posters for upcoming events on its own, and campaigns draft holiday posts. Both deliver to Telegram the same way. Turn them on or off on the Automations page, and see Post drafts and Campaigns for the portal side.
